Problem / Research Question
Booking home services typically requires a back-and-forth between a customer and a service provider to triage the request, price it, and schedule it. The project explored automating that flow conversationally.
Dataset
N/A: rules- and logic-driven conversational flow rather than a trained dataset.
Methodology
- 01Built a Flask backend to handle triage logic, dynamic pricing, and scheduling.
- 02Built the conversational front end in JavaScript/HTML/CSS.
- 03Added bilingual support, automated receipts, and appointment reminders.
- 04Deployed the application on Render.
Key Findings
- The triage-to-booking flow, including dynamic pricing and scheduling, was implemented end-to-end as a working full-stack academic project.
Limitations
- Built and deployed as an academic project on Render; not verified in commercial production use.
